The highlight of a visit to Barcelona is not birds, but Sagrada Familia. This modern wonder of the world was conceived by master architect Antoni Gaudí when he took over the project more than 100 years ago—and is still not complete. Thanks to ever-increasing tourist dollars, though, construct proceeds apace and it should be completed by 2040.
